Job Description

Join our Risk Management Group’s Compliance program in New York. As a Compliance Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the data and reporting needs for the Americas Compliance department.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will support the Head of Conduct Risk and Regulatory Assurance for the Americas region along with the development and maintenance of reporting and distribution within the Americas region. You will regularly examine data reports to identify trends, critical risks, and regional/global synergies. In addition, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to meet the business needs of the region and act as a point of contact in relation to data queries.

Salary Range

Salary range for this position: $85,000 – $105,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

What you offer

  • 2+ years of compliance experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of OpenPages data extraction and database management.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills for the development of data-driven reports and problem resolution.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to develop relationships across various stakeholders.

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquaries material risks. Our divisions include behavioural risk, compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk and governance, prudential risk, and Risk Management Group central.
