Location: US, Remote
Position Title: Director, Marketing Financial Services
Position Summary:
The Director of Marketing leads the marketing strategy and drives execution for our Financial Services division to increase revenue across Ever.Ags financial products and services offerings. By working cross- functionally with SMEs throughout the company, and a team of marketing professionals, this role will craft and execute a marketing strategy, develop content, oversee implementation of programs, plan campaigns and events, and execute the tactics necessary to increase revenue for the Financial Services division.
Ultimately, the Director of Marketings activities will generate leads for our sales team, increase solution/brand awareness and effectively communicate Ever.Ags producer/farmer and commercial value proposition. Activities will also help drive upsell opportunities in our existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee a team of marketing professionals to ensure efficient and effective operations within the team
  • Develop a strong understanding of the key audiences, including their job responsibilities challenges, buying process, and develop messaging with these issues in mind
  • Design and implement strategies that effectively generate leads, build pipeline, and create
awareness of the companys brand, products, and services
  • Partner with corporate marketing to develop content that generates awareness and attracts prospective customers through blog posts, whitepapers/eBooks, case studies, and thought leadership pieces for industry publications.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to nurture prospects, launch of new product lines, etc. through a variety of different marketing tactics, including PR, AR, marketing collateral, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and events, with help from your partners in corporate marketing
  • Promote content through social media and other channels
  • Identify KPIs for all activities, tracking performance and making adjustments as necessary
  • Responsibly manage marketing budget and allocate resources across all marketing avenues
  • Plan, prepare collateral, attend and support client meetings, conferences, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and trade shows
  • Lead or participate in other assigned projects and duties
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience
  • 5+ years of experience specializing in content marketing, campaign marketing, demand generation and/or communications
  • Agricultural/agribusiness experience strongly preferred
  • Understanding of financial services, insurance or brokerage industry preferred
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools, and well-versed in using social media strategies to attract customers/prospects
  • Experience with CRM and other Marketing tools
