Research Associate

Summary

This role will support the team in retrieving and organizing key data/trends for use across Ever.Ag’s publication, risk management, client advisory, and consulting businesses. The Research Associate will have the opportunity to learn and expand their knowledge of the dairy and food industries by being part of a trusted team engaged by high-profile clients across the supply chain, around the world.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on Market Research, Data Collection and Analysis

• Support the timely collection and entry of relevant dairy market data into Ever.Ag databases. Assist in generating and updating data graphs and tables as needed.
• Client advisory and consulting project support
• Refreshing weekly/monthly market situation and outlook slides for key advisory clients.
• Provide data and charts to internal stakeholders and clients on a regular and ad hoc basis

Publication development and support

• Support the team with the regular publication and distribution of market intelligence reports such as Weekly Slaughter, Cream Multiples, Milk Premiums, etc.
• Support media publications by reviewing and correcting AI-generated transcripts in a timely manner.
• Provide back-up coverage for publications when other analysts and writers are unavailable.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in building data charts and graphs
