Fluence seeks an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our growing Sales organization. This role involves providing key support for our sales team supporting the North American energy storage market. This position will have responsibility for supporting pre-sales and sales activities, and prospecting, and is expected to gain extensive knowledge of our product lines in order to provide exemplary service.

The Fluence Sales Development Specialist will:
  • Provide overall support to the Americas Sales team with all sales related activities: preparing materials, analyzing data and reporting on trends, findings, recommendations.
  • Provide support to generate product quotations and assist with bid reviews. Become an integral part of the selling process @ Fluence.
  • Support the Head of Sales in developing and refining data results through insightful data analysis and providing recommendations, including prospecting potential clients.
  • Act as a lead nurturer and incubator to assist the sales team in developing new client relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales team to qualify leads for sales pipeline development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assist in the preparation of proposals.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics tools to create comprehensive reports and presentations for the management team.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market developments to provide timely insights for strategic decision-making. Maintain a pipeline of possible sales opportunities with up to date and accurate contact information.
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for tracking and reporting sales data.
  • Assist in the design and execution of sales research projects, both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Communicate findings and insights to the Head of Sales and other stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Qualifications:


What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, sales analysis, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Proficiency in data analytics software and tools (e.g.,Salesforce, Excel, LinkedIn Navigator).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, especially relevant to the energy market.
  • Interest in a sales or marketing career path in energy sector.
  • A team player with a global mindset.
  • Savvy in prospecting and loves a fast paced and dynamic environment.
