Role Overview:
We’re partnering with a leading company in the renewable energy sector, who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of New Homes Sales to drive the adoption of solar energy solutions in new home developments nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge strategic partnerships with home builders and real estate developers to incorporate cutting-edge solar energy solutions into new home projects.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to surpass sales goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling sales and marketing materials.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities within the new homes sector.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, fostering professional relationships and promoting the benefits of sustainable living.
- Ensure a seamless integration of sales, customer service, and installation processes for an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years in sales, with a strong background in real estate, home construction, or the renewable energy industry.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing sales teams.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- A deep commitment to sustainability and renewable energy.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client and industry engagements.
