n your new role you will: A
  • dvocate a culture of Safety and Quality first, empowerment,anddata-based decisions. E
  • nsure quick resolution of day-to-day test issues to minimizeproductiondisruptions. D
  • ocument lessons learned through feedbackreports. D
  • ebug and troubleshoot process deviations using test equipment,schematics or technical know-how. Determines methods, actions orescalations to remedy malfunctions. C
  • ompile and maintain documentation including test plans, procedures,results and reports. T
  • hrough engineering standardization and simplification,enablemanufacturing to efficiently execute build plans to meet targetleadtimes and product shipments to customers. E
  • ffectively resolve process issues using structured problemsolvingtechniques to avoid recurrences. Know when to escalate, whenappropriate D
  • ocument RCCAs. Create OCAPs, procedure specification and user-friendlydocuments to ensure issues are not repeated. E
  • xploit deviations as a tool for discoveries that will supportcontinuous improvement.

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: C
  • ompletion of an Associate Degree or Certificate in Electronics Engineering Technology, or equivalent is desired. Completion of a Secondary (High School) Vocational /Technology program with electronics focus, or a high school diploma plus work experience coupled with relevant industry recognized certificates may be acceptable. M
  • inimum 3-year successful experience in the hardware technology sector, preferably in semiconductor or electronic product operations. E
  • xcellent electronics fundamentals and possess analytical skills E
  • xperience with electronics, ideally pertaining to semiconductor backend packaging processes. K
  • nowledge of backend semiconductor equipment and process including, but not limited to, Wire bonding, Die Attach, Dicing, Sealing. T
  • he ability to research proprietary systems. T
  • he ability to work independently and take direction from engineering and or senior technical staff. S
  • trong multi-tasking and prioritization skills, and effective indefining and meeting ambitious to stretched goals. E
  • xperience working infast-paced and dynamic production environment. F
  • amiliarity in tools for production and quality control, issueresolution, continuous improvement, and lean concepts, including SPC,8D,FMEA, OCAP, etc. D
  • emonstrated strong verbal, written communication and reporting skills. P
  • ossesses good computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in standardbusiness software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office, MES experience aplus). T
  • he knowledge of CMMS to document preventive maintenance and repairlogsa plus.
