Job Title: Thought Leadership and Social Media Manager
Reports to: VP, PR and Thought Leadership

Location: US, Remote
Summary
The Thoughts Leadership and Social Media Producer is a pivotal role that combines a passion for creating engaging content with the skills to drive the tactical aspects of our thought leadership and social media initiatives across Ever.Ag.
- Craft compelling content, visuals, and narratives to elevate Ever.Ag’s thought leadership presence across various platforms and segments.
- Develop and execute robust social media campaigns that align with our brand and thought leadership goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce insightful, industry-leading content.
- Create and curate thought leadership content (written, audio, video) that supports the overall vision of the company and the VP.
- Optimize content performance with an eye for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field preferred
- At least 5 years experience in content creation and social media management
- Experience with video editing a plus
- Experience with design tools: Adobe CS, Canva
- Experience with social media management tools: Emp
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Knowledge of the thought leadership potential within B2B SaaS software and data science teams
- Agriculture industry knowledge preferred
- Solid understanding of content creation.
- Applies in-depth knowledge to solve complex problems independently.
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
