Join our Commodities and Global Markets Group as a Risk Culture and Supervision Manager based in New York and support our growing business in EMEA and the Americas. Working as part of the Risk Culture and Supervision team with a presence in Australia, Singapore, Manila, London, and New York, you will work directly with the business to ensure that conduct related risks are identified and managed in accordance with policy and risk appetite.

What role will you play?

You will support the day-to-day operations of conduct, supervision and culture frameworks by providing guidance in the execution of key controls as well as supervisory oversight in partnership with functional partners including Compliance Advisory, Surveillance, Human Resources and Operational Risk Management. You will have day-to-day interaction with our Sales and Trading Supervisors and conduct risk incident reviews, governance, and reporting. In addition, you will supervise process and control uplift and conduct training and reviews.

Salary range for this position: $135,000 – $225,500/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

What you offer

  • Specific knowledge of front office supervision and related industry standards gained within financial markets and/or a commodities business.
  • Previous experience or a background in implementing and embedding change and reporting within a sales and trading environment.
  • A specialism in culture and behavioural analytics, requirements gathering and definition, and strong data analysis skills is required, with an applied knowledge of advanced MS Excel packages and Power BI preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders within the business.
  • Innovative mindset paired with strong relationship building and collaboration skills, along with commitment to integrity.
