3940 Group has recently expanded its client portfolio. Our newest client project is aiding with our energy division.

The project / campaign:

Responsibilities:

  • Inside sales
  • Account management
  • Assisting new customers
  • Campaign management
  • Branding
  • Customer service

Additional details:

  • This position pays hourly for the first year (DOE) with an option to move into salary 2nd year
  • Successful individuals are eligible for internal lead roles within 2-4 weeks
  • Paid training is provided
  • 1 Week of vacation along with other benefits starting first year of employment (after probationary period)

Requirements:

  • Ability to quickly learn through corporate classroom-style training and hands on field training
  • Confidence and effective communication skills (i.e., a people person”)
  • Professional image
  • Strong verbal / written communication
  • Negotiation and presentation skills
