We are currently seeking motivated and driven Energy Consultant to join our team on a remote basis. This position offers unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to work independently while making a positive impact on the environment.
As an Energy Consultant, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and closing sales. This position is 100% commission-based, meaning there is no base pay or salary, and your earnings are directly tied to your performance.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate OWN leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing techniques.
Conduct thorough consultations with potential customers to understand their energy needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
Educate customers on the financial and environmental advantages of solar energy, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Prepare and present customized solar proposals that highlight the cost savings, return on investment, and long-term benefits of going solar.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation, providing necessary documentation and facilitating the customer onboarding process.
Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to solar energy and incorporate this knowledge into sales strategies and customer interactions.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and techniques to maximize online visibility and generate leads.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers and build rapport.
Ability to work independently and remotely, maintaining a high level of discipline and time management.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and measure performance.
