Must be familiar with 480v through 120v and low voltage systems. Familiarity working in and on Main Distribution Panels & switchgear is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicates with customer and project manager regarding status of the project.
Provides guidance & training to other technicians and crew members to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations and schedule.
Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
Create a climate of safety and accountability within crew
Understands all the details of the project and accurately plan for upcoming work
Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crews
Allocate general and daily responsibilities
Supervise and train crew members
Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
Identify and foresee project specific issues early on and develop a Plan of Action to keep the project on schedule
Report on progress to Project Managers
Processes daily paperwork
Willing and able to jump in and do whatever is needed to get the job done
Properly use and care for company property
Oversee and process day-to-day administrative items (Charge card receipts, personnel forms, time sheets, packing slips, DOT & OSHA reporting, etc)
Commission project upon completion

Current Drivers License
5 years Commercial & Industrial electrical experience
Experience leading project teams, supervising crews, and supervising sub-contractor work.
Developing writing work instructions.
Experience in project estimating desired.
Experience in doing project take-offs and ordering associated materials for projects.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines
OSHA 30 certified or ability to obtain OSHA 30 Certification
Understanding of electrical construction and general construction practices
Ability to read and understand installation manuals, drawings, plans and blueprints
Exhibits the highest level of professionalism and ethics
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, and Word required
Ability to learn and become proficient in Gmail suite, CRM tools, and web based estimating tools.
Valid Drivers License, ability to be insured by our insurance carrier, and safe driving record
Ability to travel regionally
Accuracy and attention to detail required

Problem-solving abilities
Good physical condition and stamina, ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.)
Repeatedly stand, walk and sit, climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; crawl; talk or hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, bend body downward and forward, bending at the knees, and lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
