Manager, Renewable Energy Project Development

Aurex Group is partnered with a Tier 1 PE-backed Renewable Energy company looking for a Senior Associate or VP-level Project Development professional.

Experience in renewable power generation facilities and battery energy storage systems is required.

Overview:

• Part of the team which identifies development and redevelopment opportunities within the renewable energy sector, including solar and battery storage opportunities
• Help develop the customer and market strategy
• Conduct research, due diligence, and program development to structure new and ongoing projects
• Help with initial analysis and project identification, as well as help drive execution plans including schedules, budgets etc for projects
• Manage RFP processes and bidding for projects
• Assist in modeling operating plant cashflows, as well as dispatch modeling and budgeting
• Work with the internal team and external parties to pinpoint new greenfield project prospects, initiate project acquisitions, and progress projects towards construction readiness
