We are seeking a skilled and motivated Female Recruiter to join our team at BME Solar, a leading community solar business dedicated to providing sustainable energy solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our growth by identifying top talent, screening applicants, and conducting interviews to build a strong team of professionals committed to our mission.

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

  • Utilize various channels to source and attract top talent for positions within our organization, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop job descriptions.

2. Candidate Screening and Assessment:

  • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.

3. Interviewing and Selection:

  • Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide constructive feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in making final hiring decisions based on interview feedback and assessments.

4. Onboarding Support:

  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions and training programs for new employees.
  • Follow up with new hires to facilitate integration into the team and gather feedback.

5. Recruitment Strategy and Compliance:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in the renewable energy or sustainability sector.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $300.00 per week
