Role Overview:
The Process Automation Associate supports EDPRs digital process automation activities in North America (US, Canada, and Mexico). In this function, the Process Automation Associate will use business process management, AI, automation/RPA, and BI tools to accomplish improvement objectives and business results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct process discovery to support company-wide initiatives involving process improvement, data management, business intelligence, workflow automation, RPA, AI, and digital transformation
- Leverage modern low-code process automation platforms such as Appian and UiPath to develop innovative, collaborative solutions that improve work efficiency and support decision-making
- Contribute to the management of technical infrastructure needed to successfully implement business transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Steer new business ideas and works independently to test proofs of concept for new techniques, technologies, and lines of business
- Lead research and analysis on various datasets, deliver reports, identify critical issues and action plans across the organization
- Provide advisory support to other departments and senior management
- Maintain knowledge of market developments in relevant areas, such as process management, automation, business intelligence, analytics, knowledge management, data structure design
- Perform other related duties and special projects as required

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field; or previous business consulting and/or technical project management experience
- Proficient with at least one modern programming language, low-code application development platform, or automation platform
- Experience with technologies used by our team is a plus: relational databases (SQL Server), Appian, UiPath, Power BI

Physical demands & working conditions
