We are seeking a Plant Engineer within our Ops Midwest HyCO team located at our Delaware City, DE plant. This position requires minimal travel.
The Plant Engineer will have broad engineering responsibilities supporting the site and is directly responsible for projects associated with plant reliability, spare parts, Life Extension capital and TAR planning/execution. This role requires an understanding of all aspects of site responsibilities (safety, plant operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and customer communications) with a specific focus on communication, time management, project management and execution. This position reports to Del City’s Area Manager and will work closely with the Del City Site Supervisor.
The facility consists of a Steam Methane Reformer (SMR) hydrogen plant with associated auxiliary equipment and syngas purification system. The site produces hydrogen, which is used internal to the Delaware City, DE PBF refinery.
