Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Solar Sales Recruiter. In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission by identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to drive our sales initiatives forward. As a Solar Sales Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the renewable energy industry while developing essential skills in recruiting, sales, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various recruitment strategies, including online job boards, networking events, and social media platforms, to source and attract qualified candidates for solar sales positions.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and alignment with company culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by delivering timely communication and personalized support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent to G3 Solar.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for renewable energy and a strong commitment to sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in recruiting, sales, and renewable energy technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
