Location: United States (Remote)
Base Salary: Up to $80,000 (Based On Experience) + Commission

As a Solar Business Development Manager with our client, you will play a pivotal role in expanding their presence in the renewable energy sector. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with experience in selling community-sized solar projects.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the community-sized solar sector.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their energy needs and proposing tailored solar solutions.</li>
<li>Lead negotiations for purchase power agreements (PPAs) and other relevant contracts.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Proven track record of success in solar sales, with specific experience in selling community-sized solar projects.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of solar technology, financing options, and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to negotiate purchase power agreements and other contracts.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.</li>
</ul>
