 Position Overview We are seeking an Oracle Financials Functional Consultant to join our team in Dallas. In this role, you will be pivotal in advancing our overseas digitalization projects. This position demands a keen sense of responsibility and the ability to thrive under pressure.
 Key Responsibilities
 <ul>
 <li>Collaborate with overseas business departments to understand their needs and actively engage in digitalization projects.</li>
 <li>Manage the development and testing of overseas IT systems, providing user training and support.</li>
 <li>Empower supply chain users at overseas factories to operate IT systems, aiding in the standardization of management and operations.</li>
 <li>Lead the development and promotion of supply chain-related IT systems at overseas bases.</li>
 <li>Oversee the operation and maintenance of supply chain-related IT systems at overseas bases.</li>
 </ul>
 
 Skills & Experience Required
 <ul>
 <li>Degree in Computer Application, Information Management and Information Systems, or Supply Chain Management.</li>
 <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a large-scale discrete manufacturing company.</li>
 <li>8+ years of experience in the implementation or maintenance of EBS/WMS/MES systems.</li>
 <li>Experience as a Techno-Functional consultant in implementing Oracle Applications in GL, AP, AR, CM</li>
 </ul>
 FA, PO INV, Experience with upgrades for Oracle 11i to R12.1 to R12x.
 <ul>
 <li>Writing stored procedures, packages, and functions using SQL & PL/SQL, Forms & Reports 6i/10g, BI Publisher, and UNIX scripting</li>
 <li>Ability to run reports in XML Publisher and experience in PL/SQL</li>
 <li>Clear and agile thinking, strong logical analysis skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.</li>
 <li>Independent thinking, with the ability to guide business departments to follow standardized procedures.</li>
 <li>Basic database management skills, with proficiency in SQL.</li>
 <li>System development capabilities, with familiarity in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.</li>
 <li>Fluent in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.</li>
