Role: Control Room Manager

Location: New York, United States (Onsite)

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 (DoE)

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Have a huge say in designing and setting up a brand new control room in January 2024
• Manage all the day-to-day activities and scheduling
• Work closely with various teams in the field to standardize operating procedures
• Co-ordinate all necessary training and certifications for operatives
• Implement policies and procedures in accordance with the latest public safety regulations

WHAT DO THEY WANT?

• A strong background in remote operations with renewable energy (Hydropower ideally!)
• Experience setting up a high-pressure control room
• Proven track record leading others and establishing a good culture
• 24/7 on-call support and on-site as required
