Job Description We are seeking a Corporate Fortune 500 Inside Sales to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. At Solar On Earth, our mission is to make Solar Energy accessible to everyone, everywhere. Partnering with Community Solar farms, we ensure guaranteed savings for mid-size businesses, requiring zero upfront costs.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Educate potential client’s about Community Solar
• Set appointments for sales team
• Create and maintain our CRM with potential clients
• Exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Provide valuable strategy and information for improved sales and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of cold calling skills in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Competitive, money-driven personality
• Ability to achieve appointment targets

Pay: $70,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year (salary and commissions)
