Duties:

  • Conduct studies and project engineering work, including high-level cost estimation, for renewable energy projects such as onshore and offshore wind, solar, and storage.
  • Assist renewable energy developers with the interconnection process, from early site identification and grid feasibility studies to pre-application discussions with network operators, grid connection applications, offer reviews, curtailment assessments, compliance management, and support during the post-connection process including commissioning and testing.
  • Coordinate with Regional Transmission Organizations (RTOs), Independent System Operators (ISOs), state regulatory agencies, and utilities on behalf of developers, both pre-application and post-offer, and participate in project meetings and teleconferences as necessary to advance the client’s agenda.
