Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Site Superintendent. The Solar Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing project schedules and budgets, and coordinating with project stakeholders. The Site Superintendent will be based in Bel Air, MD with the ability to relocate upon completion of each project.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction management and building codes
• Experience in managing subcontractors and construction teams
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
• Experience with electrical and utility contracting is a plus
• OSHA certification or other relevant safety certifications
