They have projects specifically within CAISO, WECC, ERCOT, PJM, and NY-ISO market.

Job Description

The Project Finance Analyst – Renewable Energy will be responsible for:

  • Manage and maintain tax equity and debt models essential for the continuous capital raising initiatives of the company.
  • Collaborate effectively with Dimension’s Development Team, engineers, and accounting professionals to derive appropriate assumptions for project finance models.
  • Contribute to due diligence processes for tax equity, construction, and term loan capital raises.
  • Develop and update investment memos, lender presentations, and project summaries for Dimension’s portfolios.
  • Cultivate and manage project finance-related intelligence, including tax equity terms, property and sales tax information, local subsidies, RECs, etc.
  • Provide support to the Asset Management team through ongoing operating reports and draw requests.

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Excited and passionate about being a part of a growing company in the renewable energy field
  • Exhibit self-starter qualities with the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Experience with tax equity and/or term debt transactions in the renewable energy industry or utilities is preferred
  • Possess at least 1-2 years of experience in finance, banking, or the power industry.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in working with complex financial models in Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Based in Houston, Texas but open to candidates located in surrounding cities and states
