Mill Valley Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Project produces an estimated 185 MMBTUs of renewable natural gas per day from approximately 2,971 wet cow equivalents. RNG will directly inject into the pipeline owned by Northwestern Energy. Relocation assistance is provided for qualified candidates.
Opportunity Summary
The Process Operator at the Mill Valley RNG Project is responsible for performing activities associated with the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the facilities in compliance with all regulatory permits. Responsibilities will include performing a variety of skilled operational tasks throughout the day which includes interfacing with the SCADA system, running analytical tests and performing technical maintenance work supporting the operation.

Working Relationships
The Process Operator works with the Process Operator Lead and reports to the Area Manager.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, stair and ladder climbing and routinely lifting up to 50 pounds. Protective equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, air masks, ear protection and others must be worn in the performance of some duties. Work with hazardous materials may be required.
All personnel will participate in the Fitness for Duty Program. This program includes a post-offer physical examination and drug screening and post-employment random drug screening. There are extensive smoking restrictions in and around the facility.
Work Schedule
This position offers a regular scheduled Monday to Friday work week, with an 8-hour day shift. Position requires extended working hours and varied shifts with the possibility of weekend and holiday work, as required by schedules, workload and plant conditions. “On call” status will periodically be required.
Compensation
The initial hourly rate of pay will range from $23.00 – $32.00 depending on experience.
