Position Specific Description

This position is in the Power Delivery section of the corporate Environmental Services department and works closely with Environmental Services, Power Delivery, and Integrated Supply Chain departments. Primary accountabilities include procurement (SAP), payment and vendor management support activities, project status tracking, systems support, analytics, metrics, dashboard development, and reporting.

Applicant must communicate and work effectively with internal and external customers, work collaboratively to find solutions to issues and be able to work long hours to support storm-related events.

This position may also cover the Executive Assistant position when needed. Knowledge and experience with AI, PowerPivot, MSBI, Excel, Minitab, databases (SQL), SharePoint, GIS software applications, and/or reporting packages is a plus.

This position will be based in Jupiter, FL.

Job Overview

Employees in this role conduct basic operational analyses that support informed decision making within the business unit. Key responsibilities include small to medium special projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process design and modification, and report development. Individuals in this role apply standardized tools and techniques.

  • Conducts quantitative and qualitative research to support small to medium special projects
  • Assists with process design and modification for continuous business improvement

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 0+ years
