Senior Site Operator

Plant Operation:
– Supervising daily operations, maintenance, and event responses.
– Ensuring plants operate reliably, safely, and efficiently.
– Coordinating and resolving operational issues.

Plant Maintenance:
– Managing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
– Performing preventive/predictive maintenance for long-term profitability and reliability.

Technical Support & Expertise:
– Conducting operational analysis to support Asset Management and Project Development.
– Generating operational reports.

Qualifications:
– 2 year technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
– Previous battery storage and high voltage experience
– Utility-scale solar experience
– Previous management experience
