VP of Corporate Finance

Location: Houston (3 days per week in office)

Salary: Up to $180,000 – $200,000 & Bonus

Piper Maddox are currently partnered with a leading renewable energy investment company who are playing a key part in seeing solar, wind and storage projects come to life across the US. This organization has one of the largest portfolios of land housing clean energy projects in the US with a large pipeline of further work across the country.

As the VP of Corporate Finance, you will support the c-suite closely, and lead on the overall strategy for corporate finance. You will lead a small team of analysts overseeing the financial models, reporting and budgets for the business .

What you will do:

• Manage the financial reporting, tracking, and budgets for all group entities.
• Oversee all compliance for the business including tax reporting, bank relations and overall accounting.
• Oversee the creation of complex financial models giving c-suite critical insight into business performance.
• Lead a team of analysts cultivating their development and natural growth within the team.

What you will have:

• 6+ years working within corporate finance, with a track record of overseeing large financial budgets and models.
• Experience within renewable energy is preferred, however other closely related industries will be considered (oil & gas, real estate etc.).
• Experience working in a small dynamic team, and experience working directly with c-suite leaders.
• Ideally managed a team of financial analysts / accounts previously.
