The Company

PlugPV is a small, high impact team dedicated to the deployment of solar electric systems for homeowners throughout the Capital Region. PlugPV is fun! We are excited to work together with one another, with industry stakeholders, and with customers to educate, promote, design, sell, install, and service residential solar. The Position

This individual is responsible for loading, unloading, organizing, picking, packing, or otherwise preparing trucks, trailers, job materials, tools, and equipment for field installation work scheduled the coming day or week. He/She shall work alongside an Installation Operations Manager to evaluate and execute on logistics priorities each day.

The Responsibilities

• Unload debris, trash, and unused materials from returning install and service vehicles daily
• Load job materials, tools, and equipment into install and service vehicles daily
• Work with Logistics team to order and receive materials at the warehouse, and work to count, shelve, and organize them as needed
• Periodically work alongside Installation Operations Manager to assemble bill of materials, and pick and kit job materials as needed
• Clean and organize warehouse to optimize throughput
• Additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 Year in a warehousing or logistics management role
• Self-starter with a natural sense of urgency and motivation to succeed required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $26.00 per hour
