Job Description
- Driving vehicle tests within the framework of predefined driving programs or routes within the framework of development and customer projects
- Evaluation of ADAS systems, such as lane departure warning systems
- Carrying out test drives in compliance with the Highway Code on public roads throughout Europe
- Operation of measuring systems after instruction, e.g. Start and end of data recordings on tablets with simple user interfaces
- Carrying out routine tasks during the test drive, e.g. recording instrument notes, warning lights, vibrations, weather conditions, etc. by observing
- Record results and compare them with specifications or document observations in simple multiple-choice forms and by entry. Evaluation of individual vehicle functions according to predefined patterns.
Qualifications
- Proof of valid drivers license within the United States
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience
- Clean driving history
- Minimum age of 25
- Willingness to travel throughout U.S. is mandatory
- Willingness to be away from home for a prolonged period
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Experience with test drives is an advantage
- Proficiency in English required
