Our ideal candidate for this position should have the capability to work a flexible schedule, along with the ability to analyze and resolve problems independently and efficiently. Ideal candidates will provide a thorough examination for equipment checks & repairs. Candidate should have the ability to lead work in high paced environment and lead in the development of new maintenance procedures. General repairs, valve replacement, QAQC documentation & other maintenance related tasks to be performed daily. Individuals are subject to call-out service 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

How Youll Make an Impact (responsibilities)

  • Oversees semi-complex maintenance on equipment, testing of equipment, and completing documentation/QAQC on all installations, inspections, maintenance, repair work.
  • Leads morning safety meeting.
  • Directs Pump rebuilds & checks.
  • Manages trial runs, investigative tests, repairs, and overhauls.
  • Participates or leads in responding to the customer timelines for equipment.
  • Manages the assessment of semi-complex product/equipment performance, based on test data, and recommends modifications and/or improvements.
  • Coordinates and leads all repair work with logistics for 3rd party repairs.
  • Accountable for readiness and reliability on equipment
  • Manages day to day safety checks & reports findings to safety rep.
  • Manges daily inspections of facility and leads efforts to complete environmental requirements.

What You Bring (requirements)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Drivers License
  • A minimum of 6 years experience in related service field
  • Familiarity with different types of offshore / skidded equipment

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
