Team Leader – Average hourly wage of $27/hour – Ski Pass – 401K

While working in small teams of passionate skiers / riders, each shop facilitates tons of fun in and outside of work as a team, all while earning more money than working in a typical ski shop. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the overall operations and customer service standards during each shift you work. You are also responsible for setting up the next shift for success. You will manage a team of Ski Technicians each shift ranging from 4-15 techs on at a time. The start date for team leaders is _______ and no prior experience is required.

Compensation:
Team leaders will receive a ski pass on their start date.
401K benefit and match for ALL staff members over 21 years old
Primary Responsibilities:
Plan deliv ery routes, support calls and pickups for the current and following shift.
Respond to customer phone calls, text messages, emails and voicemails in a timely manner.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Performance reviews with Ski Technicians.
