We are working with an exciting Series A AgTech that have over $50M in funding aiming to increase the profit margins of farmers. They have recently doubled their headcount and they’re now searching for a new Chief Financial Officer who will help build out their operations internationally.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing preparation for financial projections and annual budgets
• Drive the company’s financial planning and cash flow management by executing strategy and assist in setting and driving well-defined, aggressive and realistic targets
• Work closely with the CEO and other members of the c-suite executive team
• Oversee the growth of manufacturing processes oversees
• Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Must have proven track record in working in multi-national companies
• Ideally from Manufacturing background
• Based or open to relocating to San Francisco
• Experienced raising non-dilutive funding
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Outstanding knowledge and understanding of GAAP, IFRS, SOX compliance and SEC reporting
