You will be experiencing a personalized development journey, with high exposure to senior leaders and global sharing moments with the other Graduate participants. Our goal is to accelerate your career in the Energy Transition market and make you live daily with our commitment to a more sustainable future. Mentorship programs and learning activities will enrich your experience. The Energy Transition Graduate Program provides you with a rotation scheme to experience two different missions across two years in one of our three career paths: Technology, Commercial and Culture.

Your responsibilities:

Support T.EN’s Technology Development in the energy transition space:

Your second mission:

Your second mission will get you to continue your learning journey in the Technology path and deepen your understanding of Technip Energies organization. You may be subject to a geographical move.

• Quickly learn about energy transition technologies in the context of T.EN’s business needs, with focus on carbon capture & utilization, renewable hydrogen and derivatives.
• Work with heads of technology to evaluate new and emerging technologies to support the continuous involution of the technology roadmap.
• Conduct techno-economic analysis in the context of T.EN’s business strategies.
• Support technology and innovation programs pending on specific assignment.
