Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that maximize profits while maintaining strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build a sales team, develop, and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and mentor sales team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with market needs and customer preferences.
  • Conduct regular sales analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular communication and engagement.
  • Develop and execute sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales team members.
  • Collaborate with other functional areas, such as finance and operations, to ensure sales strategies are integrated with overall business objectives.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.
  • Solar sales experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
